POTN'ers welcome. I'm president of the New west club and there are no restrictions on non-members. Quite the opposite. Come shoot in the snow, ditch the mall and chocolate!

Err, try 4 hours and 10 minutes. At DFW Airport, Leave on AA Flight 1379 and you will get there about noon. It will take another 30-45 minutes to get thru customs. Then take AA Flight 330 at 1:45 and you will get back to Dallas at 7:45 at night.

How do I know? Well I did that trip weekly for 1 1/2 years. Man am I glad to be off that project. However, I do love Vancouver and it is very pretty when it snows.

Cosworth, can you believe that I stayed in Coal Harbor for that whole time, and never went up to Grouse or Cypress mountain? My hotel rooms always looked out at them, but never got the chance to get up there.

Here was the view from my hotel room.

(And yes, that is a gas station out there in the middle of the water)

Yes, that was taken in West Hastings, just before you get to Stanley Park.

there used to be 3 gas stations there. my company services several of the yachts in the marina just to the south of that gas island.

Yeah, thanks for the advanced notice there, pal. Nothing like throwing a party and not sending out invitations until the day after. :(

He promised he'd tell us when he came to Vancouver from DFW. Like you, if you ever came here and I didn't get to give you the tour I'd have to spank you. Hard.
