Just thought some of you would enjoy a shot taken last night (23 December 2007) of the full moon with the planet Mars just below it.

Mars definitely sows a diameter.

My wife took the shot, and it is posted with her permission. Taken with a 20D with an EF 70-300 IS USM lens at 300mm, f/8.0, 1/60 sec, ISO 400. Taken at about 6:00 p.m. Arizona Time.
