My buddy called me today and needed pictures taken 20mn later so I threw it together as best as I could. The sun was really low all day so it was hard to get them not squinting but here's what I got:

Ahhh.. Those White shirts are killing me with that brownish background.

I think you did a wonderful job with the lack of time to prepare and with the lighting that was given to you that day with the sun. I know this is not a fault of yours but the white shirts are terrible for the color of the background.. In the pic of the two of them the black is blown and you can't see the curls of her hair on the right side (her left) But if you could have fixed that you would have blown all the whites.. Nice job all in all though.. :)

Nice job. At least the low sun probably kept you from getting a lot of dark circles on the eyes.

i agree the white was terrible, it was their decision so i just had to go with it.....i used my 285hv flash, and didnt have any off my stands or pocket wizards so i had to use it on camera....without the flash their eyes were totally black lol.....thanks for the comments!
