My Girls on Christmas morning

Took this this morning of the girls, first time using a 430ex on the 400D. Having read many threads on the best use of the flash. Bounced the flash off the celling camera on 'M' aperture to 5.6 and shutter on 100 :!:

The lighting is great there.
A small card rubber-banded to the back of the flash will put catchlights in their eyes and bring them to life.

Little legs had no problem what so ever in waking up early :) What surprised me, she wanted to wait for her older sister to wake up before diving in to her presents. :mrgreen:
