Awww! Look at little Calypso! What a doll.
Looks like the older guys enjoy the tule too. ;)

yes, they all played their hearts out today. I didn't get a good shot of Murk though.

I had to show you this. Calypso was just cleaning her paws but she really has giant paws so ...I had to take a photo

Ok, generally, monkeys kinda freak me out, but that is one cute little primate you got right there.

I think he/she was about five days old when the first shot was taken. I didn't really think too much of monkeys either until Heather started working on her Physical Anthropology degree. I started shooting them at her request and grew to like them.

Here's one more appropriate to the season, a Snow Leopard:

I collect Willow Tree figurines.

I got 2 new ones this year from the kids.

THIS ONE (external link) from my boys, and THIS ONE (external link) from Marian.

There is just something about them that elicits deep emotion from me. I love them, and every single one I have has such deep emotional meaning for me.

No, you didn't miss anything :) I hadn't mentioned it. Hubby found a cool mini-studio for me :D I haven't had a chance to set it up, but will do so first thing over the weekend. It is portable and folds up on itself, with special pockets for the lights, and includes two backgrounds!
