I have enclosed a picture of my studio layout so far, I want to know if you have any recommendations, for the beginner photo editor, on any additional equipment that you consider a must have.

existing equipment is:

A chair?

Actualy, on a serious note, since it looks like you plan on spending some time in front of your comps, and so sitting down having a good ergonomic desk chair is very important.
The ideal is a set up where all your joints are set at about 90 deg when your working.
