Here's one of the city hall and cathedral in the background, the other is the downtown from the hotel room. Both were taken with the kit lens and cpl filter. C&C appreciated.

The second shot is quite nice though. I might try to take that one a little earlier in the evening though... before the sky got quite so dark. Still the shot works really nicely. Thanks for sharing!
