yes he is. I saw one of his weddings so I went to his site...IF I can ever shoot like that, I will feel like I'm a real wedding photographer.

Kevin Kubota (Creator of the Kubota Actions for Photoshop) said in the last PPA magazine: "I think photographers tend to find other photographers whose work they admire, and then emulate their style. If you want to have an unique style, you need to step out of this model. It is better to be inspired by others than to emulate them."

I am not saying that YOU want to emulate them - but it is something that I have to remind myself about when looking at photos.... You need your own style that people identify with YOU.

Yes...

... and just in case you need some justification - the 500mm IS a wedding lens :-D

There was an article about how men and women hire photographers to blend into the crowd or to be a long distance away with a big lens and to take photos of the man/woman proposing to their significant other...

There was a cool thread about that happening by accident to a few POTN members - awesome story!
