B+W polarizer got used on my 10-22/350D - my first copy - too. No problems. I bought that polarizer specifically for the original 10-22. When the 17-40 and 10-22 successors came along, it was a natural match. :)

Still using the same 5mm polarizer on my current 10-22 (2nd copy) and 350D/40D.
