Interesting. I know for a fact the 300 IS' doesn't fit. I think that is the same one as the 70-200 f\2.8 IS has. Oh well.

The 70-200 2.8 IS and 100-400 IS take the B ring. What's the label on the ring for a 300 f/4 IS? I may be ordering mine next week, but until then won't know.
