Wanted to get some feedback on the pp how do you feel about the black and white and the skin smoothing? I know the shot isnt all that interesting, but am curious to hear about some thoughts on the pp. Thanks!

Could you post the original?

It's not bad but the softening really sticks out compared to their necks/arm.

Black and white works apart from the women on the left, her arm is just distracting me due to the catch by the flash. Not a major prob, fixable

Too much smoothing IMO.
Then again, that seems to be the norm nowadays ;)

I tried to dull it down a bit, maybe could still do some more.

They don't look like they need any smoothing.

Here is my take.

The original you posted is almost too small to work with using the process I use.

Agreed. Your B&W on the top is overdone and they look plastic, particularly the girl on the right.

I am super cool n' stuff.

Just two comments:

One this really should be posted in a gallery and ask for the critique there.

Second, too much smoothing and if you are going to smooth the face, you really should do the arms as well.

Just my opinion, but noteing I cheat and use a plug-in for this kind of thing.
