Been away at my parents for a week or so and got a chance to take a few pics - still got work to do on them but C&C would be appreciated so i know what to do. the most annoying thing i found out whilst i was away is that my sensor got dirty some how and ruined all of my long exposure shots

All very nice but I particularly like number 2. I think it's the textures. Good work :D

Really like number seven but I feel it needs more detail in the foreground. Had a go at it using levels but couldn't really push it too much. If you shot in RAW and still have the original you could probably do more with it. Nice series of shots by the way.

3 and 4 are my favs, especially #4. The third one has a lot of potential but needs some PP IMO. Great work.

I should listen to my wife more - thats exactly what she said. i have not really ventured into RAW yet, thanks a lot for your advice - i will have to go and try the levels - love what you have done to it

What would you suggest for PP to number 3?

bannedPermanent ban

I like the 1st one here but i think i would crop a touch from the top just to balance the framing.

I was hoping you wouldn't ask me that :P I'm not a PP expert but I would sharpen it up and run it through some noise removal software, and maybe bump up the contrast a bit.

I like all of them, but if you have to pick a best its the fourth, as the texture and colours both look very good. This picture having given it my best award needs to straightened up as it has tilt to the left.
