What is a good & inexpensive brand of Light Stand or Umbrella?

I'm looking for both:

Stable & sturdy 10' Light Stand

Removable Black-Backed White Umbrella at least 40" and preferably a little bigger

I need suggestions before I go out and make another mistake by buying online what I can't feel and touch myself. I want good quality if possible for modest prices - no more than $40 for the stand and $30 for the umbrella.
