Hey,

Becoming more and more partial to B&W lately. Having fun with PPing a little.

The first one is a nice shot, but to improve it I'd sharpen it a little more to increase the detailing on the creases in the sole.

I'm not a great fan of the second purely because you unfortunately captured the baby in an 'uncute' pose in my opinion, it just makes me think 'what's happened to the baby? is it alright?' aside from that it would have been nice.

The thirds my potential favourite, but I just wish it was a bit wider, not cropping the baby off at the knee joint, if you'd have used available black space to the right of this photo I reckon it would have looked top notch, definitely the nicest of the bunch in my opinion though. It captures the right life you'd expect. :)

I love the first - I'm a sucker for baby feet! And I agree about the 3rd! I love it except the babe's feet being cut off :)

Cute kids though!! I like your BW conversion too!

Replies appreciated.

The reason the first one is not sharp is because I purposefully added grain to it to give more of a PJ feel to it - I made a canvas that I gave to the local neonatal unit and they have put it up in their entry foyer.

Point taken about the other two re knee - the photo is edited and the bigger kid would not move closer, and took the shot. When trying to move baby towards him, he ran off (as kids do) and wouldn't pose again. So was stuck with what I had :). But like I said point noted and appreciated. :).
