What not user-friendly? Works just like pencil and paper. You put down the two numbers, then you do whatever you need to with them. I don't know many people who'll work out a problem by writing the first number down, multiplying it by the second number (without writing it out) and only then writing down both the second number and the answer. And they're infinitely easier to work with if you need to handle more than 2 numbers at a time.
