Photo printing : paper difference help please

Hi all !

At a local photo lab there are three different papers available for large format prints on a Epson 9800 inkjet printer.

Can anyone help me out with the real differences between those papers and what result they would yield ?

Pearled photo paper 290gr
Satin 270gr
Glossy 240gr

i have the choice between those three, thats what they are using at the lab, i dont know more about those though and wont bring my own paper ;)
