Yesterday morning I ordered Maureen an S5 IS and it just arrived. Now that is service and the shipping for the camera was free. (I did have to pay for the shipping for the SD card) It was well packaged and secure.

Spoke with a CS manager at newegg.com and she shipped me another one out paying for FedEx over night delivery. Got the camera the next day by 4:00 pm while the other was credited back to my payment account.
