Spoke with a CS manager at newegg.com and she shipped me another one out paying for FedEx over night delivery. ditto on NewEgg as well. I get most of my computer equipment from them especially when they have this free shipping and/or good deals. Since I live within a few cities apart, I get my stuff in 2 days, but I have to pay sales tax as well. Customer service is also great and I also had a smooth return and sometimes I use their online chat if I have order questions.
