Ok cool thanks, the flowers look similar to my lens results, I think maybe it's just that the dof is so thin at 200mm that it looks a bit soft. I haven't tried tripod mounting and shooting yet, all my softies were handheld, I'll give that a go Wedding Photography Melbourne
