My Hollywood Lighting Attempt

I made a DIY grid and a snoot a while ago and I finally got around to playing around with it. I'm pretty happy with the results and just thought I'd share.

I like this image and lighting, really well done.


20D,400D, A2, G7, Powershot A40, 550EX Flash, 70-200 2.8L, 28-105 USM, 28-135 IS USM, 50mm 1.4 USM, 18-55(kit) BGE2, Expodisc, Manfrotto 141RC tripod, Manfrotto 679B monopod, A stack of Sandisk CF cards, many Lowepro bags and an Extremely limited knowledge of taking good photographs.

Shot with a 30D, lens on 28mm (Tamron 28-75), 1/250 @ f/5.
All the post processing was done in Lightroom
