Has anyone tried Sharpcast?

This website backs up your photos automatically in the background (you don't have to upload), and syncs your photos with other computers. There is a free and paid version. The free version backs up a low resolution version of your photos, whereas the paid version, approximately $6 a month, backs up your full resolution pics (only jpegs, not raw files).
It also has desktop software that lets you manage and edit your photos.
It's a rather nifty program but I've not heard of anyone using it.
