Time for everyone to calibrate their monitors... :-)

The shot could use a little light thrown into her eyes. OK, this is departing from reality a little, but ... lightened eyes, added pseudo-catchlight and warmed the skin a little

Very nice picture but I agree with Elader here about the eyes. That was a nice play. catchlights gives your subjects life.. Very cute girl.. Have you gone out to buy the shotgun yet??? LOL...

Last edit is right on, crop out those fingers! Surprised you could drag her away from the Wii, or is that yours? LOL Great shot!

I dont think the catchlights are symmetrical and they make her look a little crosseyed. they shuold point in the same direction.
