I took this shot in downtown Chicago.
Any thoughts on how I could make this better?
I would have loved to have a tripod at the time of capture to get a little motion blur of the subject walking across the street.

It reminds me of the older B&W images you see of Paris etc. Overall I like it but the modern vehicles takes away from it. Some may not like the blown out highlight in upper left. But they are ok with me. I like the flow of contrast from the bottom right to the upper left.

i think it needed something in the foreground to give it purpose.
if the crossing lady had been the foreground interest for me it would have been a much stronger image as it is it's all background with nothing to grab the eye.
Agree that B&W probably the best choice but a bit too blown top left.

I like the wayt if brings me back to the 50's but it seems to lack a bit of detail in the front of...perhaps too dark. Still a nice attempt.

I definitely like the idea of a subject in the foreground.
