Duracell 2000mah batteries

I was in BiLo today and saw they were selling Duracell AA batteries with a label on them that said they were pre-charged and would hold a charge for 265 days. Anybody come across this and is it a load of poppycock or do they really work like Eneloops? They had a green stripe down the side.

2000mah is nothing special. 265 days? Yes, and I'll sell you a...
I never had rechargeable AA hold charge more than 60 days. These are no LiIon!
Most folks 'round here buy the Powerex. Far better mah. Nice chargers. Free plastic holders. Jack

Looks like Duracell's version of Eneloop. Nothing more, nothing less.
