I'm good to go for the Detroit North session.
Thanks for the code, without it, I wouldn't have gone.

Captivated by the Light Review

Well, we Tulsa (area) people went and had a ball! Seven of us in all, met for lunch then went to the seminar.

Would highly recommend it for $19, even $49. Great information, his teaching style is to explain then show/tell. The videos of photographers in action were great - let you see others at work and they explain what they're doing as they do it.

Freebies covered the cost of attending (and lunch!)!

Everyone's favorite crack dealer was there, telling us to 'Go ahead, just pick it up...." Had a 1D say some pretty sweet things in my ear.

Really enjoyed the segment by Parker Pfister about keeping your passion, and not a dry eye in the room after the segment by Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep (nilmdts.org).

It was a full four hours with one break.

Well worth your time - and I would think beginners to advanced would benefit. There's none of that condescending "I've been shooting for 100 years..." attitude.

Two thumbs up!

I signed up for the Boston seminar. If anyone else would like to go, it would be awesome to meet up.

I just signed up as well. I'll shoot you a PM a couple weeks before and we can meet up. I'm coming from Hudson

Damnit, Sacramento is sold out. If anyone on this board has Sac tickets, and can't go for whatever reason, PM me. I'd be willing to buy their spot off them.

Anyone from the Greater Toronto area planning on going to the seminar to be held in Buffalo New York in April 7?

Nowadays I shoot Nikon, but deep inside I am still a Canon lover... plus Nikonians don't have a cool place to hang like POTN :)

I attended the Oklahoma City seminar and it was great! He will be giving out free stuff before the break. He will pull out a ticket from the box and he will call out the name. A trick I did was i printed the ticket in Card Stock and folded it many times to give it wrinkles and dept. I was the first name called and I won a BellaGraphica Pachage worth $200 at the seminar! Give it a try!
