So I order a 10-22 from B&H, have it 2nd day aired and wouldn't you know it, they tried to deliver at 11:00 this morning while I'm at the airport picking up my daughter. They didn't leave it because an adult signature is required. :( When I got my 100-400 which cost more they left it at the side door, no signature needed. Oh well, good thing I took today and tomorrow off work.

My 35mm 1.4 came today, I work from home and was afraid to use the bathroom until I had it in my hands.

Can't find a number other than an 800 that is automated. It's only about 10 minutes from here and open until 6:30 for pick-ups, so I'm going to go there shortly.

You better call before you get there or it won't be there. 1.800.PICKUPS, once you're in the system keep hitting "0" for the operate you'll get to a person. Or if you have a door ticket, there might be another number on it.

If you don't call, it will be in the back or still on the truck and the service desk won't be able to get it for you, because it's not in the hold area.

Yeah, I have called plenty of times. You call the number and leave certain info. Than they call you back and tell you when the truck will be back.

I get a bit upset too when certain things require a signature and certain things don't. How am I supposed to know?

Everything I've purchased from B&H has had to have a signature. Maybe they forgot to check it when setting up the shipping. I pretty much have the same driver everyday, he asked if I just wanted to sign a waiver to allow them to leave all packages, no I can wait for it.

Sweet! Got it. :D Got there and when they were checking where it was the driver was pulling in. They could not have left it because they had to see a valid ID along with a signature. Now I guess I have a reason to look for a new bag. ;)

This is the fourth time I've bought from them and the first I've had to sign for.

UPS leaves stuff at the community house of this apartment complex and the office ladies sign for it and lock it up. They are there until 6pm every night so I get my stuff either way which is nice. :)
