When i was a wee child, probably around 12-13 when I was shooting Nikon and learning photoshop, I was looking at the L lenses and thought that USM stood for unsharp mask, which explained the high quality of images that came out of it. At that time, i knew nothing about anything photographic.

Should I be ashamed? :D

You want silly acronyms? Get a job repairing aircraft it all revolves around acronyms, especially airbus who actually give you a book full of them when you do a course.

Lol, you want acronyms, join the military when your of age(heck, go to a local H.S. and see if any have a JROTC program and ask if you can hang out to see what it's like[If signing up isn't your thing], I'm sure you may hear a few). :lol:
