Processing here is different. In this case, for some reason, I really wanted to blur the sn*t out of that background and give her a bit of angelic glow. Eased up a bit on the skin, and you're right that looks a notch better.

Like I said, FWIW, G&N PP is new to me.

Well, it's nice to see that my photography doesn't really suck. I just can't process worth a lick. Very nice edit. I bet that if I had shown my friend this, she would have bought a ton these!

^^ I wouldn't know how to pose kids, much less get them comfortable. So, you're waaayyyyyyyyyy ahead on what matters most.

Besides, you can always post on POTN to ask what people far better than me would do with photographs in PP.
