New Year Gala at Brock House Vancouver

Hi guys! Just want to wish you guys happy new year and here is an event I did on new year eve.

All photos are took with my NEW 40d and edit via lightroom.

Canon: 50mm f/1.4, 17-85mm f/4-5.6, 580 EX speedlite
Sigma: 30mm f/1.4, 10-20mm, 105 mm marco.
And a very creative brain attach with a pair of relatively shaky hands...

It's a very popular wedding venue.

I used ISO200, F/5 to 8...Most of the pics are lighted with speedlite, using ceiling bounce. The one with the dance floor are 2nd curtain sych, shutter at 3 secs.

Nice shots. I like the processing on all of them apart from the mosaic pattern in the fifth one! :-)
