DPP, CA correction, and third-party lenses

The DPP help file lists the lens and body combinations that work with DPP's chromatic aberration correction function, helpfully reproduced by BobAtkins.com at

You'll note that it lists only a selection of Canon lenses (such as the EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6, where this function is a great help), so the function is, for example, unavailable for pictures taken with my Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II, and Tamron 55-200mm f/4-5.6.

However, I discovered today that it is available with the Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8! I jest not --- see the attached screenshot. Can anyone corroborate this? Are there any other unlisted lenses for which DPP is willing to make the CA correction function available?
