amairphoto Cream of the Crop More info | Sep 19, 2008 14:47 | #347 This is an old abandonded boat in overton, NV. The water level just got too low and i guess someone just left it there, i climbed aboard and the bed sheets are all in there along with a really old bottle of beer and a game of backgammon, the whole place is really eerie. Its as if everyone just left the marina in one day it was actually part of a panoramic i shot My Website: http://www.amairphoto.com

It is out in the middle of the desert, north of Palm Springs, and is at least 20 miles from the nearest navigable body of water. It's on an unpaved road at a point hundreds of feet above sea level. I just hope this guy doesn't know something the rest of us don't. I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

Since then I've allowed myself to get way too far out of shape! Today, that hike would probably kill me... ![]() out of shape? Round is a shape!

All of the history, The families that needed those cars at the time, the lives of the soldiers that died in those wrecks, the joy that those cars gave to countless kids, when their fathers first brought them home. The sadness when the car was the only posession in tough times. Justin

Frankly, I wouldn't bet much money on that statement. Looks like a perfectly good "working rig" to me. Might even have modern power under there 2-40D's, 30D, Xt, EOS-3, Elan7, ElanII 100-400L, 24-105L, 17-55IS 2.8, Sig 12-24 EX DG 4.5
