Is this at an airport or something? Maybe sthe owner's on an extended trip. I would imagine that in this kind of structure, the residue from almost constant auto exhaust could accumulate like this in several weeks.

Looks more like the work of dumb kids or rednecks with nothing better to do than shoot at stuff. Still alot of good metal left there.
