Are you shooting in B&W or converting during PP?

I much prefer converting in PP, not on the camera. Depending on what software you use, you can really tweak your B&W conversion to look just the way you want. The exposure in the bottom two is definitely more appealing than the exposure in the top two, but I'd be careful about blowing out the high end (unless that's what you're going for). For instance, you can't see the edges of the building above the horse rider.

Nice shots. I like the first and fourth ones. :-)

That's a 1970 Skylark isn't it? What went wrong with it?

Mike

Good call, it is.

I was on my way to put in a brand new built motor and my water pump gave out on me... :( Had to tow it the remaining 25 miles or so, not cheap.

The car looks very different now, new interior, new motor, I've started to paint, I've got new tires on the way for a new set of wheels. I'll post pics later this week.

Very cool car. 8) It's worth the effort.

Did you tow it on the end of a rope or on a truck? If it was on the road I hope you didn't ruin the transmission.

Look forward to seeing some more photos of it. :-)

Mike
