Has anyone used this new File Viewer? I've loaded this software and found that none of the image files loaded into it show any color on my monitor. everything looks almost like a b & w file. I've checked the same images in the old FVU that came with the 10D and all the image files look fine, of course the new CR2 raw files only show as jpegs in the old utility.

Any input would be appreciated, I'm thinking that I may have a bad copy of the software with the 20D.

Thanks,

Mine works fine. You might try reinstalling it.

I've tried reinstalling it 3 times, but I get the same results every time. The last time I uninstalled it for some reason it deleted some extra .DLL files off the hard drive and I ended up having to reinstall Windows.

Thanks for the reply Mark, I was just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems with the program.
