I finally got round to processing these, taken last August.

There was a lot of haze and/or mist in these so a lot of adjustment was necessary.

Comments, particularly on the pp, most appreciated.

Fantastic photos! #2 is my favorite with all of the lines leading into the patches of color on the mountainside. Did you use a neutral density filter for the last shot?

Great shots, really like the colors in countryside.

Not qualified to comment on technicalities but those pictures have got atmosphere and soul.

You could keep looking at them. Beautiful pics.

Thanks! No I don't have one, I'm quite sure I used my polariser though. I still had to reduce the aperture to f18 and set ISO to 100 to enable a shutter speed of more than a second.

Thanks, unfortunately the mist and overcast light hid most of of those colours so I had to blend exposures (in all but the last) and use a lot of curves to bring them back.

Thanks, you don't need to be qualified, if they look good to you that's good enough for me!

I bet that place was truly inspiring. Lovely looking flowers. I like the water fall the most.

Thanks Ryan. It was, the views are fantastic and it's a great place for a walk, not too steep!

Thanks Gail, yes it's heather. It was the final touch, like it had been place there deliberately. Looked much nicer in real life though!

Nice series of photos george, with a good job handling the exposure controlling the highlights.

Thanks Amit. I don't know, but funny you say that because there were some army guys training on the mountain that day. I didn't envy them, they were exhausted!

Thanks Toney, that's good to hear because I did these on my uncalibrated laptop screen.
