The first picture looks like a giant eye with the reflection in the water. The branches look like the lashes. Really cool effect. Not sure what you see in the second one...

I'm not entirely sure of the intent of your question. Is this a "Where's Waldo" sort of thing? I see a blue reflection in the water and I can't figure out what's creating it. But, i don't know if that was the point of the question/post.

(upon further review, looks like the blue is coming from somthing above the top edge of the film . . . not from something that was removed from the bridge like I originally thought).
