Quite. After removing the hand along the right border, slightly dimming the dress in the BG (would still serve as a nice color for BG), and converting to a painting in Painter, I'd get something nice!

I would try to crop and blend the background to lose the woman. This is a great capture!

Stunning photograph! I agree with the other comments to clone out the background and perhaps a tighter crop. Well done :D
