Model Release??

A friend has a band that I took some shots of at a club. They want to make a slideshow with them and some of the music to send to other clubs to get jobs. When I took the shots the club had two dancers hired by the club to dance up by the stage. One of the dancers in a couple shots with the lead singer and a couple of just her.
Do we need a release from her to send the cd out to clubs to get jobs for the band?

If she's recognisable then yes, you will need a release.

Having said that, who booked the dancers? Could be that they have already agreed (through their contract with an Agency or whatever) that their pics can be used.

what pos said, get the release unless you can get a copy from the people who booked the dancers and it's okay to have their recognizable selves in that video
