Hello!
I searched to see if there was a thread that already existed on this topic, but my search turned up no similar results. I thought it would be fun to start this topic:

Photography Dreams.

Have you ever had any wonderful, weird, or wacky dreams about photography?? If so, please post them here (and keep it clean ;)).

My most recent dream was last night. I blame it on the fact a friend of mine asked me to shoot her wedding because she wants all of her friends to be a part of it, be it maid of honor, centerpiece designer, whatever.

The dream:
I was shooting her wedding and realized I only had two 70-200mm F/4 lenses. The wedding was outdoors and I had to go clear across the beach to get a good shot. Then, nothing was in focus. Then, I realized I didn't have any CF cards. Then, I realized I forgot to load batteries into my flash. Then, I realized I wasn't dressed up. But, in the end, the pictures looked great. Go figure.

Anyone else care to share? ;)

i dreamed everything I picked up melted. so i ended up melting all my cameras and gear. it sucked because I was on the job and had to take pictures. Then I heard ice cream truck music so I went and ate ice cream. I never returned to the job and didn't care because i was eating a reese ice cream bar.

I keep having a dream that I've misplaced my 30D. I open my bag and it's not there.

I tried to bounce my flash off the ceiling once. Left a mark on the ceiling and broke my flash.

I can't recall ever dreaming about photography. :) Sounds like most of you are having nightmares. :)

I had a dream that I was out of debt.

Then, I bought a new flash.

Weird! I had a dream last night too! I dreamt that I left my camera back pack (unattended) in an airport to get a snack and had to collect it from baggage collection afterwards. They had ripped apart all my lenses and camera to see if there was any explosive bits inside it and when I got them back, nothing worked and they had replaced my 17-40 with a 75-85L! WTF!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, this is true and weird.

Gotta be linked to a trip I am planning in the South East (Malaysia etc).

Rarely do my dreams make sense. This one was definitely no exception.

Oh yeah especially those years I did weddings.

One dream was after shooting all the B&G formals at the church we go on to the reception and I go to reload the 220 Hassy back when it gets to 24 and when I open it theres no film...AAAHHHH.

And another is I'm in the aisle waiting for the bride and her father at the 4 Season (always the 4 Seasons:confused::confused: I donno) and I notice all the guests looking funny at me and I look down and I'm not wearing any pants...

Sounds as if someone may have forgotten their medication.

This could turn into a great thread -- let's see what the Book of Dream Interpretations would come up with........

The fence represents a long discarded personal boundry becoming revealed for you by a caregiver.

Suspecting the caregiver of betrayal, you eliminate him.

You are the landlord; you have no plans to put up the boundry, because you do not need it.
