Printing in PS

Someone please help...I can print(usually using print w/ preview) 8 x 10's in PS, but how do I print 4 x 6 or 5 x 7? I have tried moving the image on the preview sheet, but still get white border at top and left.

Forgot to mention, using Canon i9900 printer.

Resize the photo
Go to Image, then down to Image Size
There change the document size as you want, for photos normally i can set it to 4x5 inches easily but when i try 5x7 i got either 5x7.5 or 4.---x7
