You need to shoot from a lower position plus they all look a little bit warm! ...WB?

EDIT. It all practice, practice and more practice. Good Luck keep trying.

I did custom WB on the body and some correction in LR. I just realised that.

Thanks

Since you didn't post your exposure information and it has been stripped from the images, it's next to impossible to help you out. In short, though, 3 of the 4 shots are of the players' backs or sides, and these are rarely keepers. The one shot that is OK is number 3 but the tips of his hands are blurred, and in all the images, the white balance is off and the focus is soft.

What was the shutter speed, aperture and ISO of these shots?

They were either 1.8 or 2.8, ISO 1600, and a range from 1/400 to 1/250.

mode - well, that spans almost two stops of exposure, so that doesn't really help. Could you post the exposure information for each shot?

Also, what exposure mode and AF modes were you in?

The histograms on the first couple shots show they are close to being properly exposed, but the third has a ton of highlights blown out on the player and in the background. Where you in Av or P? How about your AF?

The easier you make it for folks to help out, the more help you'll get, and the more info you provide on how you shot (ISO, aperture, shutter speed, focal length, AF mode, exposure mode), the simpler it will be for anyone to wade in and provide ideas.
