It's too bad it's so dark in there but I would go ahead and use your 430 because I've never had anyone tell me that a flash bothers the wrestlers. I used a 580ex on camera for the Iowa State-Wisconsin meet Friday night and shot ISO 400 at 1/250 and around f5.0 all night. http://www.winterinkphotography.com/
