The second version. First version covers too much area that detracts from the main theme.
If you are trying to sell the vacant lot between the existing structures the first version would be my choice.

#2 The first one is too wide. There is too much water and you can't see the detail in the main subject.


30D,l XT with grip,l 24-105L 1:4 IS,l 100-400L 4.5-5.6 IS,l 18-55 3.5-5.6, l 75-300 4-5.6,l 580EX flash,l various assorted filters, tripod, etc.

I like the second one much better. Makes you want to spend more time looking at what is going on.

#2. One might be better off with more crop from the top?

If I crop the top/bottom it could look like a panaramic but i don't think the scene is that great for pana.
Any comments on how to improve the quality of the picture?
