has anyone purchased a camera from this company. Expecam?

A quick Google of Expecam revealed a lot of negative reports and little to no positive information. I suspect this might be another name for Express Camera...

I did a reverse lookup on their fax number. They were radioactive deals until Q4 2007. This is a nasty pack of crooks. Read about it at the following link.

If you go to the link posted by Elwood and scroll down the comments to page 8, there is a positive review by ANDRIESALEX.

I strongly suspect he's an employee or relative of the owner(s).

I looked at the 40d listed on their website for $499. Apparently it is a "polycarbonate body, not magnesium". I think he meant to say frame or chassis.

Like others have said, I think it is better to stick with B&H, Amazon or others with known solid reputations.
