Anyone have any idea what they are? I found something on their website but it relates to concerts and not the sporting events.

I dont know if any thing has changed since then. I brought my 30D, & 75-300 I got some ok shots off the upper deck. I called the UC to check beforehand... Andy

Not sure where you looked, but this is directly from the Bulls' web site: Photographs Fans are permitted to take photographs from their seats.
