Just got my new 20D and took it with me to a friend's up on the North Shore. Here are some of the ones I particularly liked. All shot with my 50mm 1.4 I think... Still working on getting my own "Style." I've been drawn to the high contrast low saturation-esquenesscity. I make up words to fit my needs.

4 You can't really tell, but the waves were HUGE. 30 foot faces and bigger. I had no zoom lens, so I couldn't really get a shot to do it justice.

5 Not really my thing, but I tried my hand at some selective coloring.

6 This one was shot with my 19-35mm Tamron. I've decided it's an okay lens.

7 Attempted some Pitastyle.

Your style looks good. I like it. I would use the 50 more if I were you. Great lens.

Thanks Lenin.

Yeah, I use my 50mm as often as I can. At first I was only satisfied with it. Then I got my 20D and took a look at the photos I took on the North Shore. I was like "Woah." I dunno if it was the upgrade to a 20D, or maybe I've just gotten more familiar with it. Regardless...

Needless to say I love this lens now more than ever.

Aloha Ainoko!

They look great to me. I own that lens as well. Can't beat it for the $$$.

Again, nice work!
