Hey everyone!

Just want to share some pics of my cat Eclipse from this afternoon. Some nice light today.

All were shot with the 5D and 70-200. EXIF might be intact, but they were all at 1/200 at 2.8-8. Comments and Criticism please.

Sorry about the logo in the corner, I was just testing that out in PS.

Nice looking cat but I find the foreground blur a little distracting.


1DMKIIN, 2x30D, 16-35 2.8, 24-70 2.8, 135 F2, 70-200 2.8 IS, 300 2.8 IS, 100-400L IS, 500 F4 IS.

The short DoF in some of them I find a bit distracting, but otherwise they look great.

Cheers Everyone! Yeah, I also find the foreground blur a bit distracting. I think its because its that horrible mix of the colour of the green grass and the dead Peppermint tree leaves.
