Ah, the arm. Thanks, but it for the best. He was up to no good, hitting people with it and such.

Great shots, but man I must be losing it. I had to look twice at that first shot. In my head he was choking the guy on the bottom with the collar of his gi. Yeah there's no gi Jeremi . I think I need to go to bed early tonight.

Funny how the mind works after you've done something for a while.

Well, since I don't know anything it just looked like a strike to me but on reflection he could have been garroting the guy, eh?

Dwight,

When practicing Jiu Jitsu with a gi or uniform, you can use it as a defensive or offensive weapon. When you're behind you're opponent, you can slide your arm around his neck and grab his collar and then pull it across is carotid artery rendering him unconscious. One of my favorite moves Btw.

here's what it looks like with the uniform on. this will work with a sport coat or sweater as well.

Well, that's it then ... you are now my official bodyguard to defend me against the models when they want me! No, wait, wait, I'll defend myself after all ... just kidding!

Great pictures! I've been trying to go to some MMA events down here in Florida so that I could shoot some pictures too but haven't had any luck. Also, Sherk is looking pretty small in that pic....wonder if he really was on the juice.
