Spyder Pro & ATI Catalyst Control

So I'm getting a new Spyder to help callibrate my monitor but I have the ATI Catalyst Control running. How do I keep the Spyder settings without having ATI switch back to the old settings everytime I start up?

I read somewhere to disable the cli.exe file in msconfig but I can't see that file listed anywhere. Is there anything in Catalyst that I can do to use a custom profile - I haven't been able to find anything.

the short answer is no. it is a known instance of non compatibility.
