Nice heroic angle in the first one. Do I see some dents in the nose?
#2: Finally a chopper shot with good rotor blur! :D

 You get exceptionally good at repairing it for the first few weeks. I was having air spares arrive through the letter box on, pretty much, a daily basis.

It gets better after that but then you start looking toward upgrades. Inevitably one upgrade then shows up a short coming on another component and further costs follow. I thought it would be a cheap hobby.

Might that have something to do with the pylon you have it sitting on in the first pic?

Not to high jack the thread or anything but...

You think the little electric ones are expensive, you should look into nitro! I've easily dumped over $1200 into this one helicopter, and I have some r/c nitro airplanes and electric. This is far from an inexpensive hobby if you decide to stick with it. This is a Hirobo Sceadu EVO 50. Its about 4 feet long from nose to tail. I'm not quite sure how managed to afford this hobby first (starting at the age of 16, paid for it all myself) and then got my xti just this last summer (at 19, again paid for it by myself). Jeez if I was just like every other kid and sat around playing video games, I'd be rich!

Ah yes young Bonzi, but at least you aren't wasting your money on women, drinks and drugs. ;)

That said R/C Helicopters can be quite addictive.

I keep telling my wife the same thing. There are worse less constructive
ways to spend money on :)
